Alibaba Group Holding Limited is a Chinese holding company which largely specialises in e-commerce, retail, and technology. Alibaba gets it's name from the Middle Eastern folk tale collection One Thousand and One Nights. The company was established on the 4th of April 1999 by Jack Ma, who famously applied for 30 different jobs and got rejected by all.

Alibaba provides consumer-to-consumer (C2C), business-to-consumer (B2C), and business-to-business (B2B) sales services via its platforms. It also provides electronic payment services, shopping search engines, and cloud computing services. It owns and operates a diverse array of businesses around the world in numerous sectors.

Alibaba has recently been on an acquisition-led growth spurt, acquiring and investing in a number of international companies including its $728 million USD acquisition of Turkish Trendyol Group, a mobile commerce platform that sells 70 million items per year.

Alibaba Group is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol BABA.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
