The company’s subsidiaries also produce and distribute private label food products.

The immediate holding company is NutriAsia Pacific Limited (NAPL) whose indirect shareholders are NutriAsia Inc (NAI) and Well Grounded Limited (WGL), which at 30 April 2019, 2018 and 2017, held 57.8% and 42.2% interests in NAPL, respectively, through their intermediary company, NutriAsia Holdings Limited. NAPL, NAI and WGL are incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

Packaged/processed fruit and vegetable - The packaged fruit and vegetable segment includes sales and profit of processed fruit and vegetable products under the Del Monte and S&W brands, as well as buyer’s labels, that are packaged in different formats such as can, plastic cup, pouch and aseptic bag. Products under this segment are canned beans, peaches and corn sold in the United States and canned pineapple and tropical mixed fruit in Asia Pacific. In the year end 30 April 2019, the segment accounted for 65.22% (USD 1,274.9 million) of total revenue.
Culinary - The culinary segment includes sales of packaged tomato-based products such as ketchup, tomato sauce, pasta sauce, recipe sauce, pizza sauce, pasta, broth and condiments under four brands namely Del Monte, S&W, College Inn and Contadina. In the year end 30 April 2019, the segment accounted for 18.77% (USD 367.0 million) of total revenue.
Fresh fruit and others - The fresh fruit and others segment includes sales of S&W branded fresh pineapples in Asia Pacific and buyer’s label or non-branded fresh pineapples in Asia, and sales of cattle in the Philippines. The cattle operation helps in the disposal of pineapple pulp, a residue of pineapple processing which is fed to the animals. In the year end 30 April 2019, the segment accounted for 8.51% (USD 166.4 million) of total revenue.
Beverage - The beverage segment includes sales of pineapple juice in cans, juice drinks in various flavours in cans, tetra and PET packaging, and pineapple juice concentrate. In the year end 30 April 2019, the segment accounted for 7.50% (USD 146.6 million) of total revenue.
