Management income - Management income is derived from investment management and property services. For the financial year end 30 June 2019, management income accounted for 27.33% (AUD 469.7 million) of total revenue.

Gross property income - Gross property income comprises rental income under operating leases (net of incentives provided) and amounts billed to customers for outgoings (e.g. rates, levies, cleaning, security, etc.).
