Operating Segments:

Infrastructure - The principal activities of the infrastructure segment include environmental engineering, power generation, logistics and data centres. The infrastructure segment has operations in China, Qatar, Singapore, United Kingdom and other countries. In the year end 31 December 2019, the infrastructure segment accounted for 38.62% (SGD 2,927.3 million) of total revenue.

Offshore & Marine - The principal activities of the offshore and marine segment include offshore rig design, construction, repair and upgrading, ship conversions and repair, and specialised shipbuilding. The offshore and marine segment has operations in Brazil, China, Singapore, United States and other countries. In the year end 31 December 2019, the offshore and marine segment accounted for 29.28% (SGD 2,219.4 million) of total revenue.

Property - The principal activities of the property segment include property development and investment, and property fund management. The segment has operations in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and other countries. In the year end 31 December 2019, the property segment accounted for 17.63% (SGD 1,336.2 million) of total revenue.

Investments - The investments segment consists mainly of the group’s investments in fund management, KrisEnergy Limited, M1 Limited, k1 Ventures Ltd, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co Limited and equities. In the year end 31 December 2019, the investments segment accounted for 14.47% (SGD 1,096.7 million) of total revenue.
