Salesforce.com Inc (Salesforce) is an enterprise software company that focuses on client relationship client relationship management (CRM) technology, which the company primarily delivers via cloud-based tools and platforms. Salesforce was founded in 1999 by Marc Benioff, Parker Harris, Dave Moellenhoff, and Frank Dominguez.

Service Cloud - Service Cloud is used by customers to connect their service agents with customers on popular devices and across multiple channels: phone, email, messaging, chat, live video, SMS, self-service web portals, social networks, online communities and directly within their own products and mobile apps. Service Cloud also offers a field service solution that enables companies to connect agents, dispatchers and mobile employees through one centralised platform. Marketing and Commerce Cloud - The Marketing Cloud enables companies to plan, personalise and optimise one-to-one customer marketing journeys, including interactions across email, mobile, social, web and connected products. Salesforce's Commerce Cloud enables brands to have a single customer experience across all points of commerce, including mobile, web, social and in-store. For the year ending 31 January 2020, the marketing and commerce cloud offering represented 14.66% (USD 2,506.0 million) of total revenue.
Professional services and other - Salesforce.com Inc also generates revenue from professional services and other services. For the year ending 31 January 2020, professional services and other revenue represented 6.17% (USD 1,055.0 million) of total revenue.
