Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) - The CGM segment provides offerings across equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities and technology, media and telecoms as well as providing clients with risk and capital solutions across physical and financial markets. For the financial year end 31 March 2020, the CGM segment accounted for 61.75% (AUD 3,811 million) of net operating income.
Banking and Financial Services (BFS) - The BFS segment provides personal banking, wealth management, business banking and vehicle finance products and services to retail clients, advisers, brokers and business clients. For the financial year end 31 March 2020, the BFS segment accounted for 32.96% (AUD 2,034 million) of net operating income.
As at 31 March 2020, Macquarie Bank had total assets of AUD 226.1 billion and total equity of AUD 14.2 billion.
